Any information you provide to this site is treated with the strictest of confidence. We value your privacy, your choice to remove yourself from a mailing list whenever you choose to, and want your experience here to be as positive as possible. Any questions or concerns, just ask.

Purchasing a print means you provide me with a name, address, and contact number so that your print can be delivered securely to you. This information is only used by my print partners (Loxley Colour) and I, for this purpose. It is then disposed of, securely. 

Transactions are handled using Stripe, the industry leader in online card payments, and is fully encrypted. I never receive your card details, and Stripe disposes of them safely and securely. 


COOKIES

We use cookies to track your cart items, amongst other things. When you visit the site for the first time you are asked to approve the use of cookies, if you decline, that's fine, and you may be asked again should you visit the site again. If you accept, cookies will be used to provide you with a better shopping experience.

RETURNS POLICY

I do my utmost to ensure that the product you receive is created and shipped to the highest standard, however, from time to time issues may occur in transit. Should you have an issue with a purchase, please contact me, and I will do my level best to resolve the issue. 

Should you wish to obtain a refund, I am happy to do so (excluding delivery charges). In order to receive a refund, you must return the product within 7 days of receiving it

If you would like to exchange your print please contact me, and we can discuss the matter. I do not offer exchanges under ordinary circumstances as I'm operating a small business and have limited financial means. Should an agreement be made with respect to an exchange, your print must be returned to me (at your expense) in perfect condition within 30 days of you receiving the print. A quality check will be undertaken on the print in order to confirm this is the case once I receive the print back. Failure to return the print in perfect condition can result in the non-completion of an exchange agreement, and the subsequent return of the same print back to you (at your expense for delivery charges).
